H is for Home

We played Hopscotch today!
The kids LOVED this game & Hopping is a great exercise for coordination.

We talked about being Healthy & washing our Hands after playing outside!
We had Horse Races & there are some FAST "horses" in this class!
We drew pictures of our Homes and then practiced writing uppercase and lowercase H's.
Everyone has showed great improvement in their handwriting, especially at this age, where they are still developing their fine motor skills that help them hold their pencils properly and trace and write letters. Work on helping your child hold their pen or pencil correctly at home. As soon as they get comfortable with that, they will start to show a lot of improvement with their coloring and writing skills.
