W is for WILD WILGGLES!

We made a WILD RANCH scene that would be found in the WILD WEST:)
They did a great job, drawing themselves as Cowboys & Cowgirls!

HAPPY EASTER!!!

We started off the week with a short EASTER MOVIE, about how the EASTER BUNNY saved EASTER!!!

Treasure Box Day! Everyone got to pick a "WALKING EASTER EGGS" if they had 4 stickers!

Outdoor Play: 

We had fun BUNNY RACES...where we had to HOP across the grass!

On Wednesday we decorated our very own EASTER BASKETS with fun EASTER STICKERS!

Then we went outside for an EGG HUNT!!!

It started inside, but we had to move it outside because they were such WILD HOPPERS;)

X is for X-RAY

X-Ray Sticker Scenes:

They created their own Doctor's Office...

Music & Movement: 

Handwriting & Coloring: Xylophones & the letter Xx's...

We had a special SHOW & TELL and some kids brought in X-rays from their house to show the class!

It was a GREAT week & yes...we did FORGET the letter W...oops!

We have a fun week planned next week of EASTER activities & then we will focus on the letter W the following week;)

V is for Vegetables

Learning to write the letter "V"...

Coloring Vegetables & handwriting practice...

This sweet girl brought in a special "V" snack!!!

Vanilla Wafers & Vanilla Pudding...the puddings even had letter V's on them! So cute, the kids loved it!

We scavenged through the fridge/pantry for some Veggies...

and took them outside to PAINT WITH THEM!

We painted with GREEN BEANS...

and POTATOES(tater tots)...

and ONIONS...

and OLIVES...

and CARROTS!

They had fun with this project & realized they could SMELL some of the vegetables after the paint had dried! Ok...really they all just smelled like Onion;) That veggie overpowered the rest!

U is for Umbrella

We talked about the letter U this week!

We enjoyed handwriting, coloring, outdoor activity with our arms Up in the air, arts & crafts: making our own Umbrellas, music & movement & much more!!!
