1st Day of School

We had a WONDERFUL first day of school!!! The kids were incredible & I'm so excited for a fun year of learning! I will typically recap their week on the blog at the end of the week, but I wanted each of you to be able to take a peek at the cute kids in our class this year!

Letter X

Even though we didn't discover very many things that begin with the letter X, we had a great week learning and discovering as always! We did some cooperative learning exercises and worked on our scissor cutting skills! During outside play, we worked on gross motor skills as we balanced on one foot and practiced hopping and throwing and catching balls! Everyone is doing great and they are all looking forward to kindergarten next year!

V.I.P.

Everyone did an EXCELLENT job on their VIP posters and they all had so much fun sharing them with their friends in class!! I will return them, but for now we are enjoying them displayed in our classroom!!

Letter W

What a Wonderfully Wacky Week!!! Our craft didn't turn out as cute as planned due to our "vinyl stencil" not pulling off easily like I had hoped...but SOME whales turned out ok, while others didn't work very well at all! Oops! Sorry!!

Easter

What a fun-filled week we had celebrating Easter!! The little boys and girls transformed into bunnies, went on an egg hunt, made an Easter Bunny craft with their handprints...and more!!
